Call to Artists BOUNDLESS – Florida’s Creative Resilience Exhibition

On June 12, the governor of the state of Florida vetoed funding to arts & cultural organizations and nonprofits. This unfortunate circumstance means that institutions, charities, and organizations in the state possibly will not be able to continue programming for children,  their members, the community, or their stakeholders. They will also be    competing with each other for funding from many private donors to try to continue these important missions.

In response to this plight, the nonprofit the No More Starving Artists Foundation in partnership with ATB Fine Art Group Inc. has coordinated an exhibition entitled BOUNDLESS – Florida’s Creative Resilience Exhibition. BOUNDLESS is a retrospective showcasing Florida based artists. The show is to emphasize that artists, as well as arts and culture are resilient. This exhibition is to help fund the newly established Legacy Fund. This fund will help other local organizations that have been impacted by this veto but wish to hire creatives for their programs but cannot, would be able to get assistance.

A statewide call to artists through the online platform Call for Entry (CAFÉ) will be released on August 22-September 22, 2024, to visual artists of most mediums.

The exhibition will be held at Palm Beach Art, Antique & Design Showroom from November 1-30, 2024.
